Support Carlo and win a course in Manchester!
On Wednesday July 11th, Carlo Schmid, from Switzerland, started his incredible journey to attempt an entry into the Guinness Book of Records for being the youngest person to fly around the world.
Kaplan International Colleges and Pro Lingus are proud sponsors of his Round the World 2012 project, which will see him fly to cities in America, Europe and Asia. Carlo will even touch down in England and visit our KIC Manchester college between September 21st and 26th.
With our Round the World Facebook competition, you could win the chance to meet Carlo at our Manchester college and take a free 2-week English Vacation course there during this time!
All you have to do is:
1) Write a message of support to Carlo
2) Take a photo showing your message of support. For example, this could be a photo of you holding a sign saying “Good Luck Carlo!”
3) Submit your photo on our Facebook competition page.
4) Get your friends and family to vote for your photo. Voting starts on Wednesday, July 25.
The final date for photo submissions is Wednesday July 25. Voting starts on this date and closes on Wednesday August 8. The winner will be announced on Friday August 10.
Carlo's final destination will be Hamburg, Germany, on Saturday September 29. If you would like to follow his journey, you can visit his official website, which can be translated into English.
