Native Speakers Try to Read the Longest English Words

What’s the longest English word you can think of? There are so many words in the English language, and they range from a single letter to more than you could ever possibly think of. Did you know that the longest English word is 189,819 letters? It’s the chemical name of Titin, and it takes three and a half hours to pronounce correctly!

When you’re first learning English, figuring out how to pronounce certain words can be a bit difficult, but even native English speakers have trouble sometime when it comes to those words that are more than 20 characters long.
